Job Description:
As a Teacher of Humanities at Harlington School, you will deliver engaging lessons across subjects within the humanities curriculum, fostering curiosity and critical thinking among Key Stage 3 & 4 students. You will contribute to creating a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
Skills and Qualifications:
– A strong interest in humanities subjects such as history, geography, or social studies
– Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons tailored to secondary school learners
– Good communication skills with both students and colleagues
– Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and adapt teaching methods
– Understanding of classroom management techniques
– Relevant qualifications or training in education or humanities
