Parents/carers of all applicants who are unsuccessful in gaining a place at Harlington school as a result of over-subscription have full rights of appeal to an Independent Appeals Panel established in accordance with the regulations. (Education Act 1980).
Appeals for 2023 will be processed on behalf of Harlington School by Ms Seema Kharbanda, Clerk to the Appeals Panel. The appeals process is undertaken online and parents are able to access the appeals form and upload evidence directly, without the need to post hard copies to the school.
