The Pastoral Support Leader will play a key role in supporting the wellbeing and development of our students, helping to create a positive school culture where all pupils feel valued and supported, making it an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with young people and contributing to their welfare.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills, able to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
– Empathy, patience, and understanding when dealing with young people facing challenges
– Ability to work as part of a team while also using your own initiative
– Willingness to learn new skills related to pastoral care

– A genuine commitment to promoting student wellbeing and safeguarding
