ROLE:

LINE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The administrative assistant will be directly reporting to the Director of HR & Admin.

THE RECEPTIONIST:

  • is required to support and encourage the school’s ethos and its objectives, policies and procedures as agreed by the governing body.
  • shall uphold the school’s policy in respect of child protection and safeguarding matters.
  • shall be subject to all relevant statutory and institutional requirements.
  • may be required to perform any other reasonable tasks after consultation.

JOB PURPOSE: 

We are looking for an individual who hold the following areas of experience and take responsibility for: 

  • Assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the school’s reception area. 
  • The provision of efficient and accurate clerical support to the school’s administrative function. 
  • The efficient operation of the school’s switchboard. 
  • Undertaking general office, reception and administrative duties as required. 
  • Signing in visitors and providing general induction. 
  • Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity. 
  • Representing the school with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
